Both. Most setups can be done remotely, and we can work onsite in the Vancouver area when a hands-on setup makes sense. Either way, we handle the setup and walk your team through it.
That is the whole point. We set up local and offsite copies with version history, and we run scheduled restore tests so protection is proven, not assumed. If a drive fails, you have a tested path back to work.
